The Churchill Leadership Experience is more than an after dinner speech. The main thrust of the talk juxtaposes 10 key Churchillian Leadership Traits with current leadership theory. Each principle is illustrated with reference to wartime examples and its relevance to leaders today.

The audience will benefit from understanding how Churchill inspired a nation and draw great inspiration themselves.

The finale of the talk is a collection of extracts from all your favorite Churchill speeches (and we've all got a few favorite quotes haven't we?): Each set in context, this part of the speech is delivered in character and in costume! This moving and powerful oratory builds to a rousing crescendo! After a successful career in industry, I moved in to training and development in 1997 and co-founded Fully Equipped Limited with Kate my wife in 2002. Fully Equipped Limited is a training consultancy specialising in Leadership, Management, Sales and Team Development. Since 2002 I have presented to or trained business people from nearly 40 countries and I am proud to be retained as a consultant by some of the Worlds finest corporations.

Living in the South of France but working around the World, I make my living exclusively as a speaker and trainer on Leadership, Management and Sales.

How long does the speech last?

The Churchill Leadership Experience is flexible and can be tailored to your needs. Typically the first part of the talk lasts between 35 and 50 minutes, then there is a short interval during which I change into my Churchill costume (including fat-suit!) and the audience can refresh and charge their glasses ready for part two! Part two is a rousing 20 minutes. I am, of course, happy to spend time both before and after the speech meeting and chatting with your group.

As well as being somewhat flexible over timings, as a professional facilitator and trainer I am always happy to weave in relevant local and personal messages for your group - in fact I positively encourage it!

How much does it cost?

A performance of the Churchill Leadership Experience costs UK�5,000 (which is approximately �7,500 or US$9,750 at time of writing) plus traveling expenses and accommodation. UK Value Added Tax (currently 17.5%) is also payable for performances within the E.U.
